SNEKbot is a Telegram-based trading bot provided by Snek Labs.
The following disclaimers apply to all users of SNEKbot (hereafter “you”, “your” or “user”) and govern your access and use of SNEKbot and the services provided by Snek Labs, including, but not limited to, Telegram bots, channels, groups, and any other service, software or application distributed by Snek Labs and it’s its third-party providers (“Third-Party Providers”) and third-party integrations (“Third-Party Integrations”).
NO FINANCIAL ADVICE
The information available in or through the services or SNEKbot is
not intended as investment advice, financial advice, trading advice,
or any other sort of advice. SNEKbot does not endorse the purchase,
sale, or holding of any cryptocurrency by you. No part of the
services should be perceived as an offer to engage in buying,
selling, or holding cryptocurrencies. You should conduct independent
research and seek advice from a financial advisor before making any
investment or trading decisions. SNEKbot will not be held
accountable for the investment decisions you make based on the
information provided in the services or through any of SNEKbot's
public platforms, including social media.
INHERENT RISKS
The cryptocurrency market is a highly volatile and unregulated market, where prices can fluctuate dramatically in a very short period of time. SNEKbot does not guarantee any specific outcomes related to transactions occurring via its services.
You should be aware that engaging in cryptocurrency trading involves significant risks, including, but not limited to:
Market and Financial Risks: There is no assurance or guarantee of economic gain from using SNEKbot (or any trading bot). The value of crypto assets is subject to market risks, including price and value fluctuations. SNEKbot has no control over the market and the value of crypto assets, or any other traded goods or assets, whether digital or not. You accept the risks of financial loss when using SNEKbot.
Software Risks: As SNEKbot is a software under development, there is a possibility that the SNEKbot contains weaknesses or errors that could limit its functionality, or result in the services being unavailable or not working properly at a certain point in time.
Regulatory Risks: The regulatory regime governing the purchase, sale and transfer of cryptocurrencies is uncertain and varies widely from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, and new regulations or policies may materially and adversely affect the development of the services offered by SNEKbot. Due to legal and regulatory restrictions, among other things, there is no guarantee as to the existence or availability of the services offered by SNEKbot at any given time or in any particular state, country or region. It is your sole responsibility to ensure and confirm that your use of the services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Internet Risks and Data Loss: The services are susceptible to both physical and digital attacks that could result in the loss of funds, assets or data, including personal information and other user-provided or generated data.
Blockchain Risks: Intended or unintended upgrades or modifications to blockchain protocols or third-party exchanges or marketplaces, or changes in how transactions are confirmed on such platforms may have unintended, adverse effects on all blockchains, including the services offered by SNEKbot.
Tax Risks: Using the services may have tax implications. You are responsible for understanding and seeking advice on any tax effects, including consulting with a tax advisor. You also agree not to hold SNEKbot or any associated entities (including consultants, employees, and other contractual partners) accountable for any tax obligations.
ALL TRANSACTIONS MADE THROUGH OR USING SNEKBOT ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SNEKBOT DOES NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO REVERSE OR CANCEL A TRANSACTION, EVEN AFTER COMPLETION, AND IS NOT REQUIRED OR OBLIGATED TO DO SO.
This risk disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction and survives any termination of your use of SNEKbot.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall SNEKbot, its affiliates, or its service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or any damages, including loss of profit, arising in any form, but not limited to:
Absence of financial gains or benefits for the user deriving from the use of SNEKbot;
Execution errors, delays or failures directly or indirectly linked to third-party exchanges;
Damages resulting from the user's misunderstanding or misuse of the
services provided through SNEKbot;
Losses incurred due to errors made by the user in any transaction, or due to insufficient funds for covering gas fees, or insufficient funds in the user's wallet for payment of any applicable fees;
The functionality, downtime, or complete unavailability of the SNEKbot;
Unauthorized access and use of the services ensuing from the theft or hacking of the user's devices, private keys or mnemonic keys, and/or any login credentials required to access SNEKbot;
Damages from using or downloading any features and/or third-party software made accessible through the SNEKbot;
Claims from third parties, or related to third parties, arising from the use of SNEKbot;
The loss or compromise of personal data or digital assets;
Any harm stemming from a data breach involving SNEKbot's data or a breach of privacy policy by a user or a third party;
Any damages resulting from targeted physical or electronic attacks on SNEKbot or the services;
Impairment or alteration of user's equipment and/or devices due to the download or usage of the services;
Damages arising from documentation supplied by SNEKbot or third parties, including but not limited to, tutorials, help centers, documentation, blogs, etc.; and
A failure by SNEKbot to fulfill any of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction and survives any termination of your use of SNEKbot.
NO WARRANTY
The content provided in or through SNEKbot and its associated services is delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all faults. While we strive to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information provided, SNEKbot does not warrant the absence of errors or omissions in the content available through its services. The information may include inaccuracies or typographical errors, and SNEKbot reserves the right to make improvements and/or changes to the services at any time, without notice.
